Shrimptizer

     July 22, 2012: Sunday Afternoon Snack

Shrimptizer

Ingredients:  8 Shrimps, peeled, deveined and cut to small pieces
                   2 TBSP Butter
                   2 TBSP Cream Cheese
                   2 TBSP Sour Cream
                   2 TBSP Mayo
                   1 tsp Lemon Juice
                   Salt and pepper to taste
                   4 Pandesal, sliced in half and toasted


Procedure:   1.   In a pan, heat butter, add in shrimps and lemon juice.  Turn
                         off heat once the shrimps turn pink.
                   2.   Add Cream Cheese, Sour Cream and Mayo to Shrimps.  Season with
                         salt and pepper to taste.  Mix well.
                   3.   Spread shrimp mixture to toast.
