Pork Sinigang and Tinapa na Bangus

July 11, 2012: Wednesday Dinner

Pork Sinigang


Ingredients:  Pork Cubes
                   Chopped Onions
                   Chopped Tomatoes
                   Patis
                   2 Sinigang Mix (We like ours really sour)
                   Vegetables (Of your Choice)
                   Hugas Bigas or Water


Procedure:  1.  In a pot, add in, pork, tomatoes, onions and sinigang mix.  Mix and let it cook until
                       Liquid comes out.  Season with Patis
                  2.  Add in Hugas Bigas or Water, leveled to meat.
                  3.  Boil and lower fire, let it cook for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
                  4.  Add in your choice of vegetables, Cook for another 5-10 minutes
                  5.  We use Patis for sauce.

Tinapa na Bangus - Was store bought.
