Grilled Chicken


Just wanted to try... Found recipe online...


Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:  2 lbs chicken Thighs, cleaned
                   1 tsp Salt
                   1 tsp Garlic Powder
                   1/2 tsp Black Pepper
                   1/4 tsp Paprika
                   Soft Butter
                   

Procedure:   1.   Combine salt, garlic powder, black pepper and paprika. Mix Well.
                   2.    Rub mixture to chicken.  Let stand for 3 hours to absorb flavor.
                   3.   Refrigerate the chicken during this process.
                   4.   Heat the grill... Grill chicken and brush with butter.  Try to rotate the 
                         Chicken every 3 to 4 minutes while brushing soft butter.
