Spinach, Cheddar and Bacon Omelet

Spinach, Cheddar and Bacon Omelet

1.  In a bowl, beat eggs and season with salt and pepper.

2.  Fry bacon, then crumble, set aside.

3.  In a pan, melt butter.  Pour egg, let it set.  Fill with spinach,
     cheese and bacon.

4.  Fold egg to make an omelet.
