Beef Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 small Onion chopped (1/4 cup)
1 large Egg
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven 400 F.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape into a ball and place in an
ungreased 13x9 pan or rack in a broiler pan.
3. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes, until no longer pink in the center.
