Curried Chicken Salad

Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1/4 cup plain Yogurt
1/4 cup Cranberry Chutney
3 TBSP Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
2 1/2 cup Chopped Rotisserie Chicken Breast
1 1/4 cup Finely chopped Celery
1/3 cup minced Red Onion

Procedure:

1.  Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
2.  Add chicken and remaining ingredients, toss well.
