Sweet and Sour Tilapia
Ingredients: Tilapia
1 can pineapple chunks, set aside juice
1 Carrot, cut in strips
1 Bell Pepper
Garlic, minced
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 TBSP Salt
1 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Water with
2 TBSP Flour
Ground Black Pepper
Procedure: 1. Fry fish and place in a platter. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic and onion. Add pineapple and carrots.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add pineapple juice, sugar, soysauce, water with flour, salt and pepper.
5. Simmer until a saucy consistency is achieved. Add bell pepper.
6. Simmer for 1 minute. Pour sauce over Fish.
