Chinese Cabbage Salad with Sesame Dressing
Ingredients:
Dressing:
4 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar
2 TBSP Sugar
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Salad:
2 cups Napa Cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup Jicama or Singkamas, chopped
1/4 cup Green Pepper, chopped
1/4 Carrots, shredded
Procedure:
1. In a tightly covered container, combine all dressing ingredients.
Shake well.
2. In a bowl, Combine all Salad ingredients.
3. Toss Salad and dressing. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
