White Hot Chocolate


White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

Whole Milk - 4 cups
Half and Half - 4 cups
White Chocolate - 1 lb chopped
Vanilla Extract - 2 tsp

Procedure:

1.  In a sauce pan on medium heat.  Heat milk and half and half, just below
     simmering point.
2.  Remove from heat, add white chocolate.
3.  When melted add vanilla, whisk vigorously.
4.  Reheat very gently and serve.
