Smothered Porkchop

Ingredients:   1/2 cup Butter
                    Salt and Pepper for seasoning
                    4 lbs Pork chops
                    2 cans Cream of Mushroom

Procedure:   1.   Season pork with salt and pepper.
                    2.   Melt butter, brown pork both sides. Set aside.
                    3.   Same pan, pour cream of mushroom.  Let it cook 5 minutes.
                    4.   Put back pork, let it boil, then simmer.  Ready when pork is tender
                          and sauce thickens.
