Misua con Patola
Ingredients: Garlic, crushed
1 med Onion, sliced
200 g. Ground Pork
115 g. Tomato Sauce
2 1/2 TBSP Patis
1 pc Patola, sliced 1/4 " thick crosswise
40 g. Misua
1/4 tsp Pepper
Procedure: 1. Saute garlic, onion and pork. Cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add 2 1/4 cup water, tomato sauce, patis and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add patola, cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add misua, simmer for 2 minutes.
