Easy Beef Teppanyaki with Egg Fried Rice

Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:   4 cups Cooked Rice
                     4 eggs, beaten
                     Salt to taste
                     Butter
                    Crushed Garlic

Procedure:   1.   Heat pan, melt butter.  Saute garlic.
                   2.    Add in beaten eggs, let it cook.
                   3.    Add in rice, season with salt.  Mix well.
                 


Easy Beef Teppanyaki

Ingredients:  6 slices of beef steak, Rib eye
                   Crushed garlic
                   Butter
                   Japanese Soy sauce
                   Salt and Pepper

Procedure:   1.   In a hot Skillet, pan fry meat, season with salt and pepper.
                         When meat is ready, cube meat. Place meat in the corner of the pan.
                   2.   Melt butter, saute garlic.  Add in soy sauce.
                   3.   Place meat back together with the garlic-butter soy sauce.  Give it a good
                         mix, about a minute.
                   4.   Serve over Egg Fried Rice.
