Marinated Salmon


Ingredients:   4 Salmon Steaks
                    1/2 cup Brown Sugar
                    3 TBSP Melted Butter
                    3 TBSP Soy Sauce
                    2 TBSP Lemon Juice

Procedure:   1.   Wash and pat dry fish.
                   2.   Combine sugar, butter, soy sauce and lemon juice.
                   3.    Place fish in a flat glass dish.  Pour sauce over fish.
                          Let it marinate for at least 6 hours tightly covered.
                   4.    Place in a baking dish.
                   5.    Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
                   6.    Baste tiwice during this time.
