Paksiw na Pata

Ingredients:  3 lbs Pata, cut into 2 '' pieces
                    1/2 cup Vinegar
                    1/4 cup Soy Sauce
                    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
                    1 tsp Salt
                    1/2 tsp Peppercorn
                    1 Bay Leaf
                    1/2 cup dried Banana Blossoms
   
Procedure:   1.   Wash pata, put them in a pot with just enough water to cover.
                    2.   Add the rest of the ingredients.
                    3.   Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender
