Galbi

Ingredients:   3 lbs Beef short ribs, sliced
                    3/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
                    3 TBSP Garlic, minced
                    4 TBSP Brown Sugar
                    2 TBSP White Sugar
                    1 TBSP Cooking Rice Wine
                    1 TBSP Sesame Oil

Procedure:   1.    Combine for marinade, soy sauce, garlic, sugars, rice wine and
                           sesame oil in a bowl.
                   2.     Place beef in a heavy duty freezer bag and pour in marinade.
                   3.     Marinate overnight ,place in the refrigerator.
                   4.     Grill for about 4-8 minutes per sides, basting with the marinade.
