Cheesy Cream of Chicken and Mushroom

Ingredients:   1 tsp oil
                    Onion
                    Garlic
                    Shredded Roast Chicken
                    4 cups Soup Stock
                    Sliced Canned Button Mushroom
                    1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
                    1/4 cup grated Cheese
                    Patis
                    Black Pepper


Procedure:   1.    Heat oil in a pot.
                   2.    Saute garlic and onions, add chicken.
                   3.    Pour the soup stock, let it boil.
                   4.    Add the mushroom and simmer for 20 minutes.
                   5.    Season with patis, salt and pepper.
                   6.    Add the milk and cheese and continue simmering for 5 minutes.
                         Stir to avoid curdling.
