Gising-Gising

Ingredients:   1 lb Green Beans, chopped 3/4 inch
                    1/2 lb Ground Pork
                    1 1/2 TBSP Bagoong
                    2 cups Coconut Milk
                    Garlic, crushed
                    Onion, minced
                    2 TBSP Cooking Oil
                    1/2 tsp Black Pepper


Procedure:   1.    Heat oil, saute garlic and onion.
                   2.    Add pork. Cook for 5 minutes or until meat turns brown.
                   3.    Season with pepper and add in bagoong, stir.
                   4.    Pour in coconut milk, Let it boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
                   5.    Add the green beans, cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring.
                   6.    Serve, with rice.
