Macaroni Cheese in a Minute

Ingredients:

1 8-oz Elbow Macaroni
1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Milk
1 1/2 tsp prepared Mustard
Dash Pepper

Procedure:

1.  Cook pasta according to package, drain and keep warm.
2.  Spray large sauce pan with cooking spray, add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat.
3.  Stir constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
4.  Add cooked macaroni and toss to coat.
