Gulay na Sayote

We needed vegetables too......

Gulay na Sayote

Ingredients:
                   Sayote, peeled and cubed
                   Crushed garlic
                   Chopped Onion
                   Chopped Tomato
                   Ginisa Mix or Chicken Broth
                   Black Pepper
                   Fish Sauce
                   Shrimps, deviened
                   Water

Procedure:
                  1.  Saute garlic, onion, tomato and ginisa mix or chicken broth.
                  2.  Add in the shrimps, let it cook.
                  3.  Season with black pepper.
                  4.  Add 1/2 cup water.  Let it cook.
                  5.  If you think you need more flavor, add fish sauce.
