Braised Pork Ribs

Braised Pork Ribs

Ingredients:  1.5 k Pork Spareribs
                     250 ml  Orange Juice
                     150 ml Water
                     5 TBSP Oyster Sauce
                     Minced Garlic
                     Sliced Green Onions
                     Ground Pepper
                    

Procedure:  1.  Saute garlic, add in the ribs, orange juice, water, oyster sauce,
                        ground pepper.  Simmer until sauce thickens and meat is tender.
                   2.  Place in a serving dish and sprinkle some green onions and serve.
