Warm Spinach Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon tried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped into small pieces
- 1 – 8 ounce package frozen chopped spinach – thawed and drained really well
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl or with your food processor, combine all ingredients together except 3/4 cup cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 inch casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the dip is warm and bubbly.
- Allow the dip to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
