Sauteed Bokchoy

Sauteed Bokchoy

A bunch of Bokchoy - cleaned and sliced
Crushed garlic
Sliced onions
3 TBSP Oyster Sauce - depending on your taste

In a pan, saute garlic and onions.
Pour oyster sauce.  Let cook for a minute
Add in the vegetables, mix and cover.
Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Do not over cook
