Tuna Tartlets

Tuna Tartlets
2 eggs
1/2 (8-ounce) Cream Cheese
1 cup milk
1 (8-gram) tuna in brine
1 teaspoon Chopped Spring Onions, plus additional for garnish
15 Tart Shells    


Preheat oven 350 F
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except tart shells and greater cheese Place a teaspoon of tuna filing in each tart shell Add grated cheese on top Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts. Let it cool sprinkle with additional spring onions before serving
